Returns
Damaged Products:
If your candle(s) arrive damaged, we will happily replace or refund 100% of the purchase price. All damaged products must be claimed within 7 days of delivery date marked from the carriers time stamp. Item(s) must be returned prior to refund or replacement. Please email us at support@rice-collective.com
Before discarding your damaged product(s) please take pictures of the following and email to support@rice-collective.com to assist us with filing a claim with the carrier:
1. All damaged products
2. All cushioning inside the package
3. Outside of the box (if you notice any punctures or noticeable
damage to the box before opening
4. Circle or highlight items on packing slip that is provided with your
order of the item(s) that you received damaged.
Unwanted Products:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund the full value of the product ordered within the past 20 days and you, the buyer, pay the return-shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned prior to refund. Please email us at support@rice-collective.com
Candles that have been lit or tampered with are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Wax melts that have been removed from it's container are not eligible for returns.
